Agreement to keep the evidence and to process the personal data within the slovak law, Act No. 18/2018 Z.z.

Provided personal data are strictly used only within the organisation and those will be not provided to the third parties, except of the name and the address to send the club materials by mail only.
The name is published in member list (website, club leaflets, yearbook, etc.).
I give my consent to the club Irish Cob Slovak Republic (Klub chovateľov Írskych cobov Slovenská republika) to keep the evidence and to process my personal data within the internet and internal database according to the current law, especially in the variety of the usage mentioned above.
I give my personal data as a whole willingly, according to my will without any consequence to keep the evidence and to process them by Irish Cob Slovak Republic (Klub chovateľov Írskych cobov Slovenská republika) within the slovak law, Act No. 18/2018 Z.z. o ochrane osobných údajov (personal data protection).
